I like the simplicity of this control device and the idea that it’s about bringing environments in so you can easily teach about insulation/conduction etc. It could be a real winner in your classroom.

Simple up vote/down vote electronics project
This simple electronics project is a great idea for something kids could make in year 6 or so.. Or at least I think so!
It wont cost that much and I recon if you asked me nicely I could get the boards cut.
