School Email / Primary Email home page problems
We received a small volume of complaints today from users experiencing a “white screen” when attempting to access Web Mail.
This problem was due to users trying to access web mail using saves links or short cuts from other websites, to avoid this problem please navigate to http://www.primaryemail.co.uk directly. If you do create short cuts to School Email / Primary Email we advise that you manually add the URL and point it to http://www.primaryemail.co.uk

Choosing the right email solution for your school.
You may think that choosing an email solution for your school is straight forward, but over the recent years more and more companies have moved into the Email for schools market. This means you now have a selection of different vendors that can provide very different email solutions.Let’s take a look at the different options and what they can offer your school.Excluded from this comparison are “internal only” email systems as I fail to see how they offer anything more than the systems that offer both internal and external access with an option to turn off external access.. Also excluded are VLE “solutions” that “have” email because let’s face it, if I was comparing dishwashers I wouldn’t include fitted kitchens….
Part 2 coming next week.
